Article: New Stuber Insurance Agency Online Requests Form

Online Form We are pleased to now offer our new Online Requests form. We've updated it to be more streamlined and it is now behind secure server. We hope you find it much easier to use. We ALWAYS welcome your call or visit, but if your choice is to fill out our form online and at your convenience, it's just gotten easier and safer for you. We remain 'As Near As Your PC' but it just got better.

Form Choices
All of the online requests you made using our old forms are still available but you initiate them from this one page. Now, in using this new Online Forms page, you will only see the fields that pertain to your request on the next page. The forms are less cumbersome and the confirmation Web page is easily printable now for your records. You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been transmitted to Stuber Insurance Agency.

The following is some explanation correlating to the letters shown in red to the right.

A - Quote Form
The Auto Quote option creates a request form exactly to your specification of number of drivers and vehicles in your household. It's easy! You can use this option to add Homeowner to your Stuber Insurance Agency Auto Policy or vice versa and enjoy our discount package program covering your auto and home. If you know of someone in need of our services, we'd appreciate the referral (to this form if that is their preference to calling or visiting). If you already have an Auto policy with us, you can add a vehicle using the Auto Policy Change option.

B Claim Report Form - If you have an auto accident, our online form is created based on the number of injured parties and/or witnesses you enter.

C Are you buying a car? You can now easily get a quote from us comparing several cars you are considering buying BEFORE you make the purchase. The insurance rate for each car can now easily be part of your buying decision.

D Auto Policy Change - After you buy that new car, use this form to easily relay to us information about the car you just purchased and also describe the car it will replace on your policy, when applicable. You would click "Policy Change Request" and the circle beside "Automobile." You can request several types of changes to your Automobile Policy using this form.

E Homeowner Policy Change - When you are planning to buy or sell your home, we will help you prepare for closing. You should contact us as soon as you sign the contract for sale. If the home you're selling is difficult to insure for one reason or another, it can delay your closing. We can transition to the new buyer immediately. As you know we're very competitively priced. To do this, tell us the name and contact number of the new buyer as you fill out the Policy Change Request.

F Claim Reports - You can fill in the appropriate form at your convenience online and submit it to us.

Of course, we, too, hope the worst doesn't happen to you but to be most prepared, we recommend you print the After An Automobile Accident and Preparing a Home Inventory pages. They are also linked from our Online Forms page. Keep After An Automobile Accident with you in your car (and in family member cars) and after using the Preparing a Home Inventory, save your home inventory in a safe place away from your home, e.g. a safety deposit box.

Policy change and Claim requests are effective or processed only after we have talked with you and confirmed your request by phone or in person. If you have not heard from us within 12 hours of your form submission or email request (908 852-4444), please call our office as transmittal errors can be beyond our control.
