  • Paying bills online saves you time and money! At Encompass we understand and we are working hard to bring online Credit and Debit Card Bill Payment Options to Your State. We are making this secure and convenient payment option available as we convert to a new billing system. Please refer to the State List below and check your current billing statement to see if online bill payments are available to you.
     
  • What States have been converted to the new billing system and are eligible for Credit or Debit Card payments?
    Some of our policyholders, depending upon their policy effective date, will be able to make an online payment in advance of the state being added our converted list.
    We will continually update our Online Payment State Availability List throughout 2005.
